Some of the strongest factors for cancers, and also the ones you can easily change yourself are things such as being overweight, eating enough fruit and vegetables, not smoking, and getting enough physical exercise.
Have a good think about your own life and your lifestyle. There are probably a lot of things you can improve – and if it could bring down the risks of you getting cancer at some stage in your life, by a big percentage, it’s worth doing!
